I had an amazing experience here from start to finish. The shop was spotless and very welcoming, which immediately set a great tone. They even offered me a refreshment while I was there, which was a really nice touch. What stood out the most was how detailed and knowledgeable they were. They took the time to walk me through different fabric options, explained what would work best, and gave thoughtful suggestions based on my skin tone and the occasion. I never felt rushed as they were attentive, professional, and genuinely cared about getting everything just right. On top of that, they made the whole process enjoyable by giving helpful compliments and honest advice, which made a big difference since it was my first time at a tailor shop. Overall, it was a smooth, comfortable, and high-quality experience. Everything felt very personalized and well thought out. Easily a 10/10! Julian handled the process from the first appointment. He guided Ethan through fabric options from Loro Piana and Scabal and helped him choose the right Italian wool for the wedding. The fitting was detailed. Measurements were precise. Adjustments were clear and intentional. Julian worked within our deadline and made sure that we had everything we needed. Garments came back perfectly on the first delivery! Super confident with the outcome :) It was such a special moment that both hubby and I were able to curate everything the way we wanted. So essentially I needed a couple custom dress shirts made with a custom collar-size specifically for my thicker neck (something I had never been able to achieve with shirts off the rack.) I stopped by their Los Gatos location. Although it sounds like a simple task (fair enough), but this experience really upped my expectations forever. As someone who works in finance/sales there's two things I can appreciate; It's value for my money and good service. The second I walked in David stood up to shake my hand and introduce himself. Julian–this guy has amazing taste–he was playing Frank Sinatra, poured me a drink, and took my measurements like a pro. He’s one of the most cultured and sophisticated men I’ve ever met. He and David guided me step by step throughout the ENTIRE process without skipping over ANYTHING. I have never met two men more PASSIONATE about what they do. They literally live and breathe this lifestyle. I received the shirts a few months ago and they’re the best quality and best fitting shirts I’ve ever owned. Worth every dollar. We added some subtle touches (like my initials on the cuffs), and the fabric is actually so damn nice. If you are looking for bespoke suits or custom anything in the Bay Area, look no further. I mean that. I’m definitely coming back for my wedding suit. Honestly, I’ll probably be back for some staple pieces like quarter zips and pleated pants for work as well.
